Monica Margulis is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Margulis concentrates her practice in the areas of transportation negligence (auto and trucking) and first-party property defense.
Ms. Margulis was born in New York and graduated from Stony Brook University. She subsequently attended Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University, where she served on the Student Bar Association and Nova Trial Association. While in law school, Ms. Margulis received recognition for academic excellence and consistently made Dean’s List. In addition, Ms. Margulis was the recipient of the Berger Singerman Scholarship and the South Miami Kendall Bar Association Scholarship. Additionally, while in law school, Ms. Margulis interned for The Honorable Robert W. Lee for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida and the Children and Families Clinic.
After graduating law school Monica focused her practice solely in the area of insurance defense. She comes to Wadsworth Law after honing her skills at a large insurance defense firm.
Ms. Margulis is a member of the Florida Bar and American Bar Association.
Ms. Margulis is fluent in Russian.
