Benjamin S. Pahl is an associate at the firm’s Miami office. Prior to joining Wadsworth Law, Mr.Pahl represented insurance carriers and corporations in workers compensation litigation. With his background in workers compensation, Mr. Pahl has experience handling catastrophic injury claims, death and dependency claims, and complex liability claims. Additionally, Mr. Pahl has successfully defended against numerous fraudulent claims. Mr. Pahl also has experience in personal injury litigation, labor and employment law, and family law.
Mr. Pahl graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. During his undergraduate studies, Benjamin played football and attended school on a Presidential Merit Scholarship. Mr. Pahl then attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree. While attending Law School, Mr. Pahl was a member of the Moot Court Board, representing his school in numerous moot court competitions as well as receiving Deans list Honors.
Mr. Pahl is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
